Mango-Trees
Ownership Of Trees. Returns From Harvests.
Nam Dok Mai is one of Thailand’s best-known mango varieties. Its golden-yellow fruit is particularly sweet, virtually fibre-free and in demand both domestically and internationally. The trees begin producing ripe fruit after around four years and can then be professionally managed and harvested over many years. As the buyer, you acquire a clearly defined number of Nam Dok Mai mango trees on professionally managed plantations in Thailand. Planting, care, harvesting and marketing are organised throughout the full term.
This creates a real agricultural asset with a clear economic logic: you own the trees and participate in the proceeds generated from their harvests.
You acquire individually allocated mango trees, documented by an ownership certificate stating the number of trees and the GPS data of the relevant plantation. In addition, an online portal provides access to tree and yield information.
The first mango harvests begin after around four years. During the initial establishment phase, additional proceeds may arise from intercrops such as bananas or beans.
