General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Golden Harvest Ltd. (hereinafter “Golden Harvest”) and its customers (hereinafter “Investor”). The version of these GTC valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
2. Services of Golden Harvest
2.1 Golden Harvest provides the Investor with information about various investment products and, upon request, facilitates contact between the Investor and the respective product partner.
2.2 Golden Harvest does not act as a legal intermediary and does not submit application documents on behalf of the Investor. The decision to invest and the execution thereof are made exclusively between the Investor and the product partner.
3. Duties of the Investor
3.1 The Investor is obliged to carefully review the information provided by Golden Harvest and to make independent investment decisions.
3.2 The Investor must ensure that all information provided by them is complete and truthful.
4. Disclaimer
4.1 Golden Harvest does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided.
4.2 Golden Harvest is not liable for investment decisions made by the Investor based on the provided information, nor for the execution or outcome of such investments.
5. Data Protection
5.1 Golden Harvest collects, processes, and uses the personal data of the Investor exclusively in accordance with legal provisions and the privacy policy available on the Golden Harvest website.
6. Final Provisions
6.1 The law of the Republic of Cyprus shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
6.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
6.3 Amendments or additions to these GTC require written form.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
7.1 If the Investor qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, they are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the withdrawal policy, which will be provided to the Investor upon conclusion of the contract.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Golden Harvest website, including texts, images, graphics, and logos, are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or other use of these contents requires prior written consent from Golden Harvest.
