Durian

The “queen of fruits” as the premier class of investments
Our partner’s durian plantations are located in Malaysia, more specifically in the state of Pahang. There, our partner operates a 100-hectare plantation, which is considered Malaysia’s first and only commercial organic Musang King durian plantation.
This region is known for its high-quality durian fruits, especially the Musang King variety, which is prized for its unique taste and high demand, particularly in China.
Our partner manages a total plantation asset value of US$1 billion and is headquartered in AAA-rated Singapore, one of the world’s most stringent countries for financial products.
In addition, a buffer stock secures the yields: through overplanting on all plantations and the partner’s own tree ownership, reserve trees of all ages are available. In the event of damage, these trees are transferred to the customer to compensate for the loss of yield.
